Our state-of-the-art scanners give you an accurate snapshot of your weight, body fat percentage, and muscle mass, helping you understand your starting point and track your progress over time. You’ll also receive achievable health targets tailored to your body type and personal metrics, along with short-term two-week milestones to help you stay motivated and on track every step of the way. We encourage you to scan regularly to monitor your progress, and don’t forget to bring your phone – your results will automatically appear in the ‘Progress’ section of the app. Even better, you can earn XP every time you scan.
