How does the personalised group fitness concept work?
Everyone starts by selecting a fitness goal and a skill level. Then our systems build a customised workout program so that each person in the class does a customised workout for their fitness goal and skill level. There are TV’s playing each person’s workout, as well as personal trainers to guide and correct you. This means you get both the fun and social environment of a group fitness gym AND workouts customised for the individual.
What does Fitillion mean?
Fitillion is a very large number, which speaks to our massive variety of bespoke exercises that we provide to service differing fitness goals and skill levels.

Shop 1233/1234, in the green car park at the Warringah Mall – between ANZ and Woolies Click & Collect.
How can Fitillion Studio gym cater for both beginners and experts?
You set your skill level on the app, so your workouts are tailored to the level that you are comfortable with: you will not be doing the same workout as the rest of the class. Fitillion offers three skill level settings that cater to everyone from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.
Is Fitillion best for losing weight, gaining muscle or just general fitness?
All three! You start by choosing your own fitness goal, and our workout programs will adjust accordingly. Our equipment was designed with cardio (burn) and resistance (build) training in mind. Our nutrition plans and tracking sections also adapt to your fitness goal and other settings.
What is the style of training?
Fitillion is a functional fitness gym. Functional training involves exercises that carry over into everyday activities and therefore improve overall quality of life. Human movement is based on complete patterns of movement and not isolated single joint muscle actions. Humans tend to move in 7 broad movement patterns, namely the squat, lunge, hinge, rotation, pull, push, and locomotion. Functional training challenges all these movement patterns – making you a stronger human being in the real world.
We are also a group fitness gym, all of our workouts are in fun, group training classes.
What should I bring?
A water bottle, sweat towel and some comfortable shoes.
What if it’s my first time?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Our friendly instructors will set up your workout and talk you through the workout.
